SURGERY FOR DIABETES
If you have diabetes, you may qualify for bariatric surgery despite what your weight is.  It has been shown that bariatric surgery is amongst the best treatments for curing diabetes, and may even cure it in people who are not obese.  If you have diabetes, and would like to be considered for curative surgery, schedule a consult with Dr. Mehta to discuss your options.
